U.S. based high voltage power supply manufacturer is seeking a Sales Manager position for its China office in Suzhou. The individual, reports to China Customer Service Manager, is responsible for business development and all related sales activities in China.
Responsibilities:
• Identify new business opportunities by conducting market research, analyzing market survey, attending related domestic industrial tradeshows and exhibitions.
• Develop sales by generating sales leads, setting customer visit appointments, preparing quotations, traveling to customer locations, negotiating and closing orders, and assisting product shipment.
• Maintain relationship with key OEM customers by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs and new opportunities, and communicating with the factory via written reports and teleconferencing.
• Keep management informed by preparing forecasts, evaluating and reporting results, and maintaining sales data base.
• Assist regional sales management to develop and execute sales plan to achieve objectives regarding revenue, profitability and market share.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering/Science is preferable
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing or as application engineer within technology industries
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills
• Knowledge with high voltage power supply industry is a plus
• Proficiency in PC operation
