ED-200+
This is the most versatile energy detector
in the Gentec-EO family of products. The
new specially formulated coating of the
ED-200+ Series provides one of the most
damage resistant energy detectors in
the world. It provides the best combination
of damage resistance, broad
bandwidth and sensitivity that is available
anywhere. The high average power density
and very high pulse energy density make
this the preferred choice for concentrated
high energy beams.
You can read them with Gentec-EO SOLO
and DUO monitors as well as with any
oscilloscope. They are also compatible
with the EDX-1 amplifier. The amplifier
doubles the repetition rate capability of
these detectors as well as providing a
variable gain from 1 to 1000.
EDA-200 Attenuator
The EDA-200 was designed to extend the
performance of the ED-200+ energy
detectors in the spectral range of 400 nm
to 2.5 μm. Nominally, 50% of the incident
energy is reflected, 30 % is absorbed and
20 % transmitted to the energy detector.
It handles a peak pulse energy density
of at least 85 J/cm2 for long pulse
(150μs) and 7 J/cm2 for short pulses
(7ns). Designed for easy installation it
simply snaps onto the ED-200+.
ED-200L+
We put the same tough, broadband, and
sensitive absorber in this low-profile
package to make a detector especially
suited for installation in tight optical
setups. The combination of features
provided by this versatile detector
makes it right for a wide range of OEM
applications.
ED-200LA+
To measure higher energies, handle
higher average power beams and still
keep the streamlined profile, we have
combined the ED-200L+ with an
improved attenuator good to 7 J/cm2.
The attenuator is in a mount made
specifically for the thin profile detector.
